Let's talk about your checklist for selling your house this spring.
First of all, we want to make it inviting. So, open up those blinds, open up those curtains, check those light bulbs. Make sure it is bright and comfortable for people to come in and feel welcome. Also, consider removing some of those personal items that you have around the house. That makes it harder for a new buyer to picture themselves in your place in your home.
The other thing, we want to show that it is cared for. So cleaning, decluttering and organizing can make all the difference. Not to mention eliminating any smells that aren't too helpful being around.
And then finally boosting your curb appeal. So, if something needs to be power washed or make sure that your lawn is cleaned up... those leaves. Those things communicate that this home is meant to be enjoyed and not just maintained all the time. Here is the full list for the checklist. That way you are all set for the best sell this spring.
