We have talked multiple times before heading into 2022. What is this year going to look like? Well, I'm telling you, it's still pretty, pretty wild. Yes, interest rates are up a little.
And so that house that you were looking at buying last year and you wanted to wait until things slowed down a little bit. Well, guess what? All that's happened is that house is going to cost you more money because your interest rate is a little bit higher. Please hear me. If you have a house that you are interested in selling, you can still get top dollar for that house.
My phone is still blowing up with people wanting to become homeowners or people wanting to upsize. Truthfully, this new market, with the interest rates rising a little bit has helped everybody. Some homes are now able to be bought that before would be snatched up before you even have a chance to breathe.
So what we are seeing is more homes, moving, a more fluid real estate market that's really benefiting everyone. So if you are interested in upsizing or upgrading your home or downsizing your home especially, this is an excellent time to do it. So let's talk practically about what that might look like for you. See what a good strategy for you might be. Does a bridge loan makes sense?
What on Earth is a bridge loan? Things like that. Cashing out equity from your home, put towards the next place, all sorts of opportunities, not to mention the investment side of things. So let's chat. Plenty of opportunity in this market and we're seeing more of the same.
I hope this helps!
