I want to talk a couple little predictions for the housing market in 2023. So big predictions that I see.
Are interest rates going to go down? Most experts that I'm paying attention to don't really see them going down. The good news is, is that I don't really see them going up in some crazy highway either. That said, they are likely to go up.
So, if you are considering buying, I would go ahead and get the ball rolling here, especially now that new listings are going to start hitting. So that leads into my next prediction.
There will be more listings available to buyers now. So, if you are shopping, this is a great time to start looking, because you're going to have more options than you did, especially over the last couple of years.
And then finally a little more negotiating room. So, for those of you who like to negotiate, we'll we do see things going back to the way things were in 2019. A strong market, but maybe a little more room to wiggle.
