In a commercial real estate listing, there are a ton of things that go into deciding whether or not a commercial real estate investment makes sense. At the end of the day, most people are concerned with: Will this property meet my needs? Is the investment worth it?
This has nothing to do with the emotional, whether or not they like the color of the drapes or the color of the walls. It is an investment. And so traffic counts. Market research. There are tons of things that play into it. Zoning regulations.
