Now, I'm not talking about double seven or the FBI, but this is very important because it spells out who is working for who. Is your agent representing you? Are you unrepresented in this transaction? Who does your agent make sure they are taken care of? Do they have what's called a fiduciary duty to you?
This paragraph spells those things out. There could be times where it's best not to have representation.
