We are talking about the real estate contract and paragraph 21. This covers insurance. I know no one likes to pay for insurance or think about it, but we don't know when emergencies happen. This paragraph states that when you buy a house, you have ten business days to try to get insurance for it.

But if you can't get it insured for any reason, you can submit a written notice to the sellers and cancel this contract. What this state is that you have the right to get your property insured. And especially if you're getting a loan on the house, you're almost definitely going to be required to have it insured by your lender.

So, make sure you keep that in mind. Start shopping around who you want to use and who you want to trust as an insurance provider, and we look forward to working through the process with you.
