We are talking about the signature page. Seems like a funny place to start, but really it's where all the magic happens. After filling out these twelve pages of terms that we've been talking about over the last several weeks, what we hope to get back is the seller's signatures right, right here.

That's when this offer becomes a contract and sent to the bank and the title company, and they make everything happen to make this your home. It's very important. If they decide not to accept it, they can reject it like we talked about a second ago, which is unlikely. Or what's more likely is they could counter it. If they don't accept it, a counter is just basically saying, hey, we got your offer, we can accept it.

If you make these changes, that could be the price, it can be virtually anything else. So, we'll talk more about that in videos to come, but things to consider and why this signature page is so important.
